MT. VERNON – Crossroads Community Hospital is hosting a free Community Health Fair Tuesday, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Rolland Lewis Building at Veterans Park in Mt. Vernon.
Services featured at the health fair include:

- Physical therapy information and screening
- Community resources
- United Way representatives
- Crossroads Rehab Department representatives
- Colonoscopy information
- Auxiliary and volunteer opportunities
