MARION – The following information was released by the Marion Police Department on Monday, Aug. 28, 2023.
Emanuel Welch, 27, of Marion was issued citations for Illegal Transportation of Cannabis and Driving While License Revoked on Aug. 23, 2023 in the 200 block of Halfway Rd.
Kari Rogers, 38, of Marion was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamines and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on Aug. 23, 2023 in the area of W. Longstreet Rd. and N. Court St.
Angela Petersen, 55, of Marion was issued a city ordinance violation for Allowing a Dog to Run at Large on Aug. 23, 2023 in the area of Red Row.
Billy Williford, 49, of West Frankfort was issued a citation for Retail Theft at Walmart on Aug. 23, 2023.
Olivia Lopez, 18, of Marion was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on Aug. 25, 2023.
Devin Duncan, 32, of Marion was arrested for Obstructing Identification, Theft and Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer in the 2700 block of 17th St. on Aug. 26, 2023. An additional citation was issued to Duncan for Theft in the 900 block of W. Main St.
Tawan Stuckey, 21, of Marion was issued a citation for Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer on Aug. 27, 2023 in the area of W. DeYoung St. and Halfway Rd.
Christopher Strait, 38, of Linden, AL was arrested for Retail Theft at Pilot Travel Center on Aug. 27, 2023.
Fabian Burgos, 18, of Marion was arrested for Retail Theft at Pilot Travel Center and Bringing/Possessing Contraband in a Penal Institution on Aug. 27, 2023.
Christopher Gibson, 40, of Herrin was arrested for Domestic Battery in the 1800 block of Bittle Place on Aug. 27, 2023.
