Marion High School is bringing in new leadership to support its athletic programs. Leah Tinault has been named assistant to the athletic director, replacing retiring staff member Tiffany Homoya at the end of the school year. Tinault will work alongside Athletic Director and Assistant Principal Ryan Goodisky, helping manage scheduling, officials, and day-to-day operations across the school’s sports programs. The hire was approved by the Marion Unit 2 Board of Education. A West Frankfort native and longtime Southern Illinois resident, Tinault says her family’s positive experience in the district made the decision easy, adding she’s looking forward to supporting student-athletes and giving back to the community.
