CARBONDALE – A Du Quoin man is facing multiple charges after Carbondale Police responded to a report of a burglary in progress at a business in the 400 block of North Illinois Avenue early Friday morning.

According to Carbondale Police, after officers arrived around 3:10 a.m., they discovered that a vehicle was burglarized at the business.

Officers located 43-year-old Ryan O. Lively, of Du Quoin, in the area and arrested him for Burglary, Auto Burglary, and Trespassing.

Lively was lodged in the Jackson County Jail.
