MULKEYTOWN – IDOT says Illinois 184 at the Canadian National railroad crossing will be closed for three days next week so crews can implement a crossing renewal on the railroad crossing on Illinois 184/Main Street at the north edge of Mulkeytown.

Work will begin Tuesday, Aug. 8 at 8 a.m. and last until Thursday, Aug. 10 at 6 p.m.

No traffic will be allowed through the crossing during repairs. You should use the marked detour or take another route to avoid the work area.
