MARION – The following information was released by the Marion Police Department on Thursday, July 13, 2023.

Ashton Holmes, 24, of Carterville has been arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on July 6, 2023.

Garrett Alvey, 30, of Harrisburg has been arrested for Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Operating a Vehicle out of License Classification, Expired Registration and Operating a Motor Vehicle while License Suspended for No Insurance on July 9, 2023 in the 2700 block of Walton Way.

Salah Albanna, 20, of Carbondale has been issued citations for Failure to Require Identification for Tobacco Sales, sales of Tobacco/Nicotine to Minors on July 10, 2023 in the 2400 block of Williamson County Parkway.

Michael Locke, 48, of Eldorado has been arrested for Possession of Stolen Motor Vehicle and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on July 10, 2023 in the area of Halfway Rd. and W. DeYoung St.

Kelly Young, 46, of Johnston City has been arrested for Possession of Methamphetamines and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on July 10, 2023 in the area of Halfway Rd. and W. DeYoung St.

Natasha Mann, 36, of Marion has been arrested for Aggravated Battery and Resisting a Police Officer on July 10, 2023 in the 700 block of N. Court St.

Jason Brothers, 44, of Mt. Vernon has been issued citations for Driving While License Suspended and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle on July 11, 2023 in the area of N. Court St and W. Boulevard St.
