CARBONDALE – Carbondale Police are investigating a report of shots fired in the 900 block of North Marion St. around 6:10 p.m. Wednesday.
According to a Carbondale Police press release, officers learned unknown suspects fired several shots in the area during an investigation. Information indicates the incident is related to a dispute among acquaintances.
The suspects are described as two black men who fled the area in a black two door vehicle. There were no reported injuries or property damage as a result of the incident. An investigation is ongoing.
