Mill Shoals Man Sentenced Wed. to Ten Years in Prison on Meth Charge

CARMI – A Mill Shoals man was sentenced in White County to the Illinois Department of Corrections on a meth charge Wednesday.

White County State’s Attorney Denton Aud said 57-year-old Tommy Clark will spend 10 years in state prison for possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, and serve 3 years of mandatory supervised release when released, per a release.

Clark was arrested by the Southern Illinois Drug Task Force with assistance from the White County Sheriff’s Department following the execution of a search warrant at his residence in Mill Shoals in December.
