Two months after it’s release, “Everything I Wanted” by Billie Eilish has a music video. The video, released Thursday and directed by Eilish, shows her and her brother Finneas’ O’Connell driving through California and into the ocean.
It comes on the heels of Eilish’s announcement of performing the upcoming James Bond title track. In a statement, Eilish said she and O’Connell worked “for hours and hours on end” on the new video.
“My brother and I wrote this song about each other and I wanted to create a visual that emphasizes that no matter what, we’ll be there for each other through everything,” she said. “This is the second video I’ve directed of mine. We worked so hard, for hours and hours on end.”
The 18-year-old superstar will also perform at this Sunday’s Grammy Awards where she holds six nominations, including Album of the Year and Best New Artist.
