Billie Eilish: six Grammy nominations, number one album in 2019, Billboard’s Woman of the Year, just to name a few accolades. Next? The youngest artist ever to write a theme song for the James Bond franchise.
Multiple outlets on social media confirmed Elish’s hand on the theme for the new Bond installment No Time to Die, due April 2, in a collaboration with her brother/producer Finneas O’Connell.
“It feels crazy to be a part of this in every way,” Eilish said in a statement. “To be able to score the theme song to a film that is part of such a legendary series is a huge honor. James Bond is the coolest film franchise ever to exist. I’m still in shock.”
