Following worldwide teasers, Coldplay sent letters to fans confirming the release of a double-album Nov. 22, which will mark their eighth studio album and the followup to 2015’s A Head Full of Dreams.
Besides placing posters in locations like São Paulo, Brazil, the band previously shared a black-and-white video with the release date attached. The title of the full album has not been shared, but the halves will be considered “Sunrise” and “Sunset.”

“For the last 100 years or thereabouts we have been working on a thing called Everyday Life,” the band writes in the letter shown above. “In the classifieds you might write ‘double album for sale, one very careful owner.'”
More details to come as known.
