Union Co. Sheriff’s Office Searching for Registered Sex Offender After He Fled from Police Stop

Union Co. – The Union County Sheriff’s Office is asking for your help in finding Randall Clay Holley, a registered sex offender out of Indiana who fled police following a traffic stop in Union Co. on Friday. According to a release from the Union Co. Sheriff’s Office, Holley was pulled over on Route 146 west of Jonesboro. He is wanted on a warrant out of Jackson Co. Indiana. Holley is described as being around 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 180 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes. Information gathered by the Sheriff’s Office indicates that Holley may be living in the Jonesboro area or possibly in or around Cape Girardeau. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact your local law enforcement.
