Southern Seven Health Department Offering Free Tetanus Shots to Flood Victims and Volunteers

SSHD – Southern Seven Health Department is offering free tetanus shots at their Union County Clinic in Anna while supplies last.  These vaccines are free to FLOOD VICTIMS THROUGHOUT THE SEVEN COUNTY AREA AND FLOOD VOLUNTEERS FOR THOSE AREAS.  The Tetanus vaccine is valid for TEN years, although it can be given earlier after a severe and dirty wound or burn.   Like all other vaccines, Southern Seven offers the Tetanus vaccine throughout the year for a small fee, which is often covered by insurance including Medicare and Medicaid.
