Two Sentenced on Various Charges in White County Court Monday

CARMI – Two individuals were sentenced in White County Court to state prison on various charges Monday.

White County State’s Attorney Denton Aud said 57-year-old Ladonna Cissna of Harrisburg received three years in state prison with one year of mandatory supervised release for possession of methamphetamine and an additional three years with one year of mandatory supervised release for retail theft.

Thirty-two-year-old Nicholas Talley of Carmi was sentenced to four years in state prison with one year of mandatory supervised release for possession of methamphetamine, four years in state prison with four years of mandatory supervised release for domestic battery, and four years in state prison with one year of mandatory supervised release for criminal trespass to residence.

Aud added the sentences were ordered to run concurrently.
